今天，我謹代表2020文旅國際峰會暨第十三屆世界酒店論壇主辦及承辦單位向您們親臨大會表示最熱忱地歡迎和最誠摯地感謝！

我們始終要感謝我們偉大的祖國和改革開放大好時代！

自今年新冠病毒疫情以來，全世界每一個國家都經歷著不同程度的災難。全世界各行各業都受到重創，特別是旅游業經濟遭受了巨大損失，全世界1.2億旅游從業者直接停止工作或失業。許多數據表明，這次新冠病毒疫情對世界政治經濟打擊和危害是二戰以來最為嚴重的，比任何一次經濟危機都要損失嚴重。到目前為止，國際跨境旅游業活動已經基本停擺，特別是歐洲和美洲地區。世界的旅游發達的島嶼地區和非洲旅游業地區更是遭受“滅頂之災”，旅游業經濟直接影響了它們整個國家戰略發展。中國的國內旅游自今年七月份以來正在逐步努力恢復，從聯合國秘書長古特雷斯到我們聯合總會多米尼克主席，從世界旅游組織到世界旅游聯盟，非常多的觀點表達和數據表明，中國旅游和世界旅游業經濟的完全恢復和振興要到2021年之后。我最近觀察到世界旅游聯盟幾位重要人士在杭州的“湘湖對話”上講了許多觀點和看法，世界旅游組織徐京主任，以及中山大學保繼剛教授和中國旅游研究院戴斌院長的有關演講和文章觀點我也看到了，中國旅游業經濟的剛性恢復還很不足，從北方景區旅游和全國旅行社跨省區組團旅游來看我們還是在謹慎恢復中。目前，整個中國國內旅游恢復度在60%以上，國際旅游還在未啟封狀態。新冠病毒疫情肆虐對整個旅游業進行了重新洗牌，對科技創新應用，線上旅游預訂和大數據構建提供等等都是一個非常好地發展趨勢，人們對生態的健康的旅游線路和高品質文化旅游產品選擇將有更多需求，未來十年，文旅和酒店行業將有深層次顛覆和革命。

直到今天，全世界的新冠病毒疫情數字還在增加，全球疫情數據表明已達5880多萬，美國疫情數字已經超過1258萬人，死亡人數達到26萬之多，這對于美國來說是一個非常慘痛的現實。我們中國在疫情防控工作方面創造了奇跡，毫無疑問是世界上最安全的國家。中國的經濟發展已經在逐步回升，有的省份近一兩個月的GDP已經回升到2—3%，這是非常難得的。前幾天，中國和東盟正式簽署15國的《區域全面經濟伙伴關系協定》（即RCEP），這對于當前世界經貿發展和多邊外交是個重大突破和利好！

當下，最讓我們心痛的是國際旅游業經濟現狀，最近歐洲幾個大國都在封城，國與國的邊境也已封鎖，國際航班幾乎全部停飛，如法國、英國、意大利、德國等等，我們計劃今年在歐洲和中東地區幾個國家的訪問和重要活動全部取消，我們今年計劃到聯合國紐約總部的工作例行會面也無法成行。根據聯合國世界旅游組織和法國歐洲經濟研究院的預測，國際旅游經濟恢復或將到2022年，這對于世界經濟發展是一個非常大的不幸，因為旅游業是世界第一大產業，超過了軍火和石油行業，在世界經濟發展比重中占到10%，旅游行業就業率比重占到全世界就業率的11%，旅游業經濟對其他行業經濟拉動非常強勁，對各國文化藝術交流，科技創新應用也有著非常大的貢獻。

各位領導，各位嘉賓，女士們，先生們，我們在這樣一個偉大國度生活工作倍感幸福，我們在這樣一個大時代中從事國際文旅融合和世界酒店業平臺建設發展事業應該非常珍惜。國家主席習近平最近在幾個重要會議和出訪中做了很重要的講話，對我們有很大的思想鼓舞和精神觸動，在這樣一個非常好的政治背景下我們更應具有“文化自信”和“文旅產業發展創新”的堅守，我們更能看到“國際機構平臺”、“國際會議經濟”和“全球文旅融合”在服務業中的良好發展前景。所以，我們正在同海南自貿港建設與發展有多結合，我們計劃將一個由中國人牽頭創建的“聯合國框架內的國際社團組織總部”在中國實地落戶下來，這是一件非常光榮與自豪的事情！我們今天也會發布和海口市正式簽署協議將“文旅國際峰會”、“世界酒店論壇”、“五洲鉆石獎”等品牌定期定址落戶在我的第二故鄉海南省海口市。我們非常感謝海南省各級領導和同仁們的大力支持和厚愛！

China's reform and opening-up more than 40 years and the world's tourism industry developed well for more than 60 years, we have experienced the best and most magnificent era together, without the correct leadership of the central government of China, without the characteristic socialist countries adhere to long-term reform and opening-up, we can not be so lucky to enjoy more than 40 years of good opportunities, let than in China's largest special economic zone - Hainan gathered and repeatedly discussed the exchange of the reality of the global cultural and hotel industry and future development issues.

Every country in the world has experienced varying degrees of disaster since this year's outbreak. All sectors of the world have been hit hard, particularly the tourism economy, which has suffered heavy losses, with 120 million tourism workers worldwide losing their jobs or losing their jobs directly. Many data show that the new coronavirus outbreak on the world's political and economic impact and harm is the most serious since World War II, more than any economic crisis. So far, international cross-border tourism activities have largely stalled, particularly in Europe and the Americas. The world's tourism-developed island areas and African tourism areas have suffered from the "extinction", tourism economy directly affects their overall national strategic development. China's domestic tourism has been making gradual efforts to recover since July this year, from U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to the President of the United Nations General Assembly of Dominica, from the World Tourism Organization to the World Tourism Federation, a great number of views and data show that China's tourism and the world tourism economy will be fully restored and revitalized beyond 2021. I have recently observed that several important people of the World Tourism Federation have speaking a lot of ideas and opinions in the "dialogue" in Hangzhou, Director Xu Jing of the World Tourism Organization, and Professor Bao Jigang of Zhongshan University and President Dai Bin of the China Tourism Research Institute have also seen that the rigid recovery of China's tourism economy is still insufficient, from the northern scenic spots tourism and cross-provincial travel agencies to see that we are still in a cautious recovery. At present, the recovery of domestic tourism in China is more than 60%, and international tourism is still unsealed. The epidemic of the new crown virus has reshuffled the entire tourism industry, the application of scientific and technological innovation, online travel booking and big data construction, etc. are a very good development trend, people will have more demand for ecological healthy tourism routes and high-quality cultural tourism products selection, in the next decade, the cultural tourism and hotel industry will have deep-seated disruption and revolution.

To this day, the number of new coronavirus outbreaks around the world is increasing, with global outbreak data reaching more than 58 million, the number of outbreaks in the United States exceeding 12 million, and the number of deaths reaching 260,000, which is a very sad reality for the United States. We in China have worked wonders in the prevention and control of the epidemic, and are undoubtedly the safest countries in the world. China's economic development has gradually picked up, and some provinces have rebounded to 2-3% of GDP in the past month or two, which is very rare. A few days ago, China and ASEAN formally signed the 15-nation Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP), which is a major breakthrough and good for the current world economic and trade development and multilateral diplomacy!

At present, the most distressing thing is the current state of the international tourism economy, several major European countries are recently closed cities, borders between countries have been sealed, almost all international flights grounded, such as France, Britain, Italy, Germany and so on, we plan to visit several countries in Europe and the Middle East this year and important activities are all cancelled, we plan to the United Nations headquarters in New York this year routine meeting can not be done. According to the projections of the United Nations World Tourism Organization and the French Institute of European Economics, the recovery of the international tourism economy may be in 2022, which is a great misfortune for the world economy, because tourism is the world's largest industry, more than arms and oil industry, accounting for 10% of the world's economic development, tourism industry employment accounted for 11% of the world's employment rate, tourism economy to other industries economic pull is very strong, cultural and artistic exchanges, The application of scientific and technological innovation also has a great contribution.

Leaders, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, we are very happy to live and work in such a great country, we are engaged in international cultural integration and the world hotel platform construction and development cause should be very cherished.
