二、我們在海南打造一種融海濱度假、休閑旅居、文化集聚、時尚辦公、康體娛樂、生命回元的極具吸引力的復合型文旅綜合體項目，這種項目在“新冠病毒疫情”之后一定是更有市場需求和競爭魅力的，因為它既不是單一的度假酒店，也不是單一的游樂區和傳統意義上的文化旅游景區。
三、我們做的是旅游業“新物種”。“復星旅文”上市以后，其發展思路非常鮮明。我們開始創立一種“3F”項目理念，即我們的“FOLIDAY”，這種理念涵蓋Family、Friend、Fun的一站式全球旅游生態體系，它將更能符合新經濟結構調整和社會發展需求，更能符合未來信息產業革命和智能科技時代。
四、我們不是房地產公司，那種一味在海南投資房地產的企業是很難做下去的。未來的海南是需要國際性的“全球命題”的市場牽引帶動性項目，海南的自然資源稟賦很好，一定要做具有世界級前瞻性的文旅綜合體項目。
五、我們愿意和世界酒店聯盟結合，并形成長期戰略合作，我們歡迎“世界酒店聯盟全球總部基地”和“文旅國際峰會暨世界酒店論壇”大會擬定期定址在三亞亞特蘭蒂斯綜合體項目中。
六、關于2020下半年的“文旅國際峰會暨第十三屆世界酒店論壇”大會我們可共同努力把它舉辦好，三亞市政府是支持這個活動的。只要三亞市政府和海南省政府部門大力支持我們來共同做好世界酒店聯盟全球總部基地和“峰會及論壇”定址總部落戶是沒有問題的，這兩個概念你們可以考慮放在我們二期項目有關功能區塊中，我們的二期項目計劃是今年九月份開始動工。

The total investment of the second phase project is 24 billion yuan. "The construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port is an unprecedented historic opportunity, and Hainan is expected to become the most attractive investment area in the whole world. We will further strengthen the layout of Hainan and enhance our leading power in Hainan's tourism industry. At the same time, we will use the advantages of group internationalization to promote Hainan to the world. 3、What we do is "new species" of tourism. After FOLIDAY went public, its development ideas were very clear.
