2007年9月27日,世界酒店聯盟有限公司在香港注冊成立, 2008年3月31日在聯合國世界旅游組織、中國國家旅游局領導關心和指導下正式成立了世界酒店聯盟,并經香港特別行政區政府批準注冊。它既是國際上第一個酒店行業集團服務平臺,又是一個集行業傳媒、文化、咨詢、渠道、投融資于一體的泛行業權威機構。(在中國的投資運營機構為“上海泛旅文化傳播有限公司、泛旅(北京)國際文化傳播有限公司”)。以運營總部——北京為圓心,事業網絡已經遍及中國及國際地區,設立有分公司及辦事機構近10個,為適應形勢發展的需要,經香港和中國政府主管部門審核批準,世界酒店聯盟國際社團于2013年7月9日正式設立,世界酒店聯盟北京代表處于2015年2月6日正式獲批設立。
世界酒店聯盟體系擁有《世界酒店》雜志、世界酒店網、WHA官微及泛旅通訊社、世界酒店論壇、世界酒店投資峰會、五洲鉆石獎、世界酒店領袖中國會、世界酒店品牌研究中心、五洲鉆石酒店組織、酒店及旅游項目設計中心等多個品牌。為酒店業及其相關聯的旅游地產和金融投資業提供傳媒、文化、咨詢、會展、策劃設計等全鏈條服務并與之進行廣泛合作,其在大中華地區的投資運營機構為“泛旅文化集團”,具體執行機構為:上海泛旅文化傳播有限公司、泛旅(北京)國際文化傳播有限公司。聯盟目前已有100多家集團理事會成員,5000多個四、五星級酒店和大型企業會員單位,業務遍布全球。

A Brief Introduction to WHA
World Hotel Association Co., Ltd. Was registered and founded in Hong Kong on Sept. 27th, 2007. Under the guidance and leadership of UNWTO and China National Tourism Administration, the World Hotel Association was officially founded on 31st, March, 2008. It is not only the first hotel industry service platform in the world but also an industry authority which integrates industrial media, culture, consultancy, channels and investment & financing, (The operating organization in China is Shanghai Pan Tourism Media Co., Ltd. and Pan Tourism (Beijing) International Media Co., Ltd.). With Beijing as its operating headquarter, the WHA enterprise network covers across China's mainland and international regions with nearly 10 branches and offices. To better mingle with the contemporary situation, WHA International Organization was set up on July 9th, 2013 and WHA Beijing Representative Office was established on February, 6th, 2015 under the approval from Hong Kong and Chinese competent departments.
The WHA System is comprised of "World Hotel" magazine, World Hotel Website, WHA Official WeChat Platform and Pan Tourism Newswire, World Hotel Forum, World Hotel Investment Summit, Continental Diamond Award, World Hotel China Leaders Club, World Hotel Brand Research Center, Continental Diamond Hotels, Hotel and Travel Product Design Center providing services like media, culture, consultancy, exhibition, planning and design and wide-ranging cooperation.
