4月18日，世界酒店聯(lián)盟和大漢控股集團(tuán)在中國(guó)湖南正式簽署了《框架合作協(xié)議》。雙方本著平等互利、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的原則，就結(jié)成長(zhǎng)期的、全面的戰(zhàn)略伙伴合作關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)全球資源共享、共同發(fā)展等方面達(dá)成如下合作內(nèi)容：

一、 合作宗旨：

利用世界酒店聯(lián)盟在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)良好的品牌優(yōu)勢(shì)和大漢控股集團(tuán)的資本及綜合實(shí)力，整合全球特色文化酒店資源，推動(dòng)特色文化酒店發(fā)展，共同打造全球第一家特色文化酒店連鎖集團(tuán)， 并通過(guò)資產(chǎn)、資本運(yùn)作，使之成功上市，成為酒店業(yè)的成功典范。

二、 合作內(nèi)容：

1. 共同發(fā)起創(chuàng)立和打造全球特色文化酒店連鎖品牌，并創(chuàng)建特色文化、小型奢華酒店系列產(chǎn)品；

2. 充分利用和發(fā)展“五洲鉆石酒店組織”；

3. 共同打造“全球第一家特色文化酒店連鎖集團(tuán)”和牽頭組建跨國(guó)投資及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的“國(guó)際性酒店集團(tuán)公司”，進(jìn)行特色文化酒店的投資和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理等系列工作。

三、 合作方式：

世界酒店聯(lián)盟作為全面戰(zhàn)略合作資源平臺(tái)，全力支持雙方框架合作之下的落地工作；大漢控股集團(tuán)作為世界酒店聯(lián)盟副主席單位和五洲鉆石酒店組織執(zhí)行主席單位，具體負(fù)責(zé)框架合作工作前期推動(dòng)和日常工作。

四、 合作推進(jìn)時(shí)間表：

1. 2016年4月30日“世界酒店聯(lián)盟主席辦公會(huì)”上發(fā)起、討論和審議框架合作提案；

2. 2016年6月12-23日在“第九屆世界酒店論壇歐洲峰會(huì)”上正式向全球發(fā)布甲乙雙方簽訂的《框架合作協(xié)議》；

3. 《框架合作協(xié)議》簽訂后即行開(kāi)展特色文化酒店產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和合作模式構(gòu)建，滿足以上兩個(gè)時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)展要求；

4. 計(jì)劃五年內(nèi)投資建成或管理運(yùn)營(yíng)100家左右特色文化酒店，并將酒店連鎖集團(tuán)公司融資上市，建成獨(dú)一無(wú)二的特色文化酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。

五、 其它：

1. 辦公場(chǎng)地將設(shè)立在中國(guó)北京，《框架合作協(xié)議》正式簽署后，開(kāi)始著手聘請(qǐng)專業(yè)人士負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行和落實(shí)具體運(yùn)行管理工作；

2. 其它未盡事宜，根據(jù)本《框架合作協(xié)議》執(zhí)行進(jìn)度協(xié)商解決或再行簽署《補(bǔ)充協(xié)議》。

六、 本《框架合作協(xié)議》經(jīng)甲乙雙方認(rèn)可后，制訂具體實(shí)施方案，以便切實(shí)推進(jìn)落地各項(xiàng)工作。

Hug-World Hotel Association and Dahan Holding Group Signed Cooperation Agreement

On April 18th, World Hotel Association and Dahan Holding Group signed Framework Cooperation Agreement in Hunan, China officially. Based on the principle of equality, mutual benefit and mutually complementary principle, both parties establish long-term and comprehensive strategy partner cooperation relation, realizing the share of global resources and joint development，etc. Below Framework Cooperation Agreement is reached after amicable negotiation:

1.Cooperation Aim:

Using both international and domestic brand advantage of World Hotel Association and the capital and comprehensive strength of Dahan Holding Group, integrating global special culture hotel resources and promoting the developing of special culture hotel, forging the first global special culture hotel chain group and making it listed by property and capital operation to be successful model of hospitality. 

2. Cooperation Content:

① Launch, create and establish global special culture hotel chain brand together and found special culture and small luxury hotel products.

② Make full use of and develop “Continental Diamond Hotels”.

③ Forge the first global special culture hotel chain group and construct transnational investment and operate international hotel group company, and start a series of work of investing special culture hotel and operation management and so on.

3.Cooperation Ways:

As the global strategy cooperation resources platform, World Hotel Association fully supports landing work under framework cooperation; As vice chairman of World Hotel Association and executive chairman unit of Continental Diamond Hotel, Dahan holding group is responsible for early push of framework cooperation work and daily work.

4. Cooperation Pushing Time Schedule

① Launch, discuss and deliberate the proposal of Framework Cooperation in World Hotel Association Chairman Office Meeting on April 30th, 2016.

② Announcing both parties’ signed Framework Cooperation Negotiation to the world officially on the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit during June 12th to 23th in 2016.

③ After signing Framework Cooperation Negotiation, the developing and cooperation form construction of special culture hotel products will be started, which can fulfill above two timeline work developing needs.

④ It’s planned to invest and establish or manage and operate around 100 special culture hotels in five years and finance for hotel chain group company to be listed, establishing unique special culture hospitality chain.

5.Others:

① Office will be set in Beijing. After Framework Cooperation Negotiation is officially signed, professionals will be employed to take responsibilities of the conducting and operating concrete managing work.

② If there are matters uncovered, both parties will negotiate and solve matters according to Framework Cooperation Negotiation or sign Supplemental Agreement.

6. Concrete conducting plan will be made after both parties approving this Framework Cooperation Negotiation in order to promote all work.
