今年清明節(jié)，我抽出了時間專程回到故鄉(xiāng)去掃墓祭祖，以平復(fù)心中的諸多念想。在那個美麗的鄱陽湖平原，我又看見了青山碧水，親身感受到了縷縷鄉(xiāng)愁，這種回鄉(xiāng)的歷程與意境像是一幅傳世藝術(shù)佳作，令我久久不能忘懷。
 
前幾天，我應(yīng)邀參加了中國商業(yè)地產(chǎn)聯(lián)盟2015年會，專門多停留一天想聽聽今典集團張寶全和中書投資控股李亞鵬兩位名人的演講。主要是想從設(shè)計的、文化的、藝術(shù)的方面搞清楚酒店旅游項目如何做得更有意義，因為我一直想在這方面做點事情。
 
張寶全先生簡要地表達了他的“紅樹林酒店”連鎖的設(shè)計與文化藝術(shù)的獨特之處和他們的難以復(fù)制的綜合性酒店與酒店地產(chǎn)經(jīng)營方略等等，無疑張寶全先生在酒店旅游方面已經(jīng)取得了可喜的成功。
 
李亞鵬，他作為一位演藝界名人在麗江用很少的錢拿到了一塊土地，并以一名“理想主義者”的行動去組織一場據(jù)說是全球文化藝術(shù)體驗者精神與商業(yè)架構(gòu)的跨界組合。李亞鵬是一個有思想的組織者，也是一個艱辛而努力的平臺搭建者，他的“雪山藝術(shù)小鎮(zhèn)”是一個比較好的概念，這個概念不斷地在沖擊著投資與合作領(lǐng)域。然而，這場似乎顛覆式具有很強“文藝范’的“當(dāng)藝術(shù)遇到商業(yè)地產(chǎn)”策劃與實踐活動是否能夠取得最后的成功或是賺得不少銀子呢？我們在拭目以待……
 
今天，我在世界酒店聯(lián)盟設(shè)計中心執(zhí)行主席孟斌的辦公室討論關(guān)于文化藝術(shù)酒店設(shè)計的話題。我同他談到在回鄉(xiāng)掃墓時，故鄉(xiāng)人念及我小時候在鄉(xiāng)村吃百家飯長大的情感，說可以拿出幾畝地讓我蓋個“回歸的院子”，以便我今后搞文學(xué)創(chuàng)作、搞書法研修或養(yǎng)老之用。我和孟斌先生說，那就做個“某某書院賓舍”酒店吧，用設(shè)計、文化和藝術(shù)語言進行表達，用中國南方最美鄉(xiāng)村建筑居住風(fēng)情元素進行筑造，建一個“私家式書院賓舍”酒店，用以進行度假及生活居停，或用以文化藝術(shù)界友人自助之旅往來之用，或可以用于精英們長時間寫作和進行其他藝術(shù)創(chuàng)研活動等等。在這樣一個陶淵明式的最美田園間，用現(xiàn)代與傳統(tǒng)雙構(gòu)的旅居方式，在一小時內(nèi)可游鄱陽湖國家濕地公園、世界瓷都景德鎮(zhèn)、中國最美鄉(xiāng)村婺源、古饒州城、朱元璋夜戰(zhàn)檀溪遺跡；兩小時內(nèi)可達奇秀匡廬、險雄黃山、絕美三清山、道教祖庭龍虎山、英雄城南昌、吳國名城九江，乃至江城大武漢，這會是何等的妙不可言？您歸可耕讀晨光與燈盞之下，出可去“水繞三山、勢連五老”之上，側(cè)耳可聽漁舟唱晚，舉目可斷雁陣驚寒……
 
我們做這樣的“私家式書院賓舍”無需太大，一、兩層青磚黛瓦、兩、三進回廊院落、二、三十間特色房間即可，內(nèi)部既可以文化個性十分突出，也可以配套極盡低調(diào)奢華。在中國最美的村鎮(zhèn)阡陌間，有山有水，交通便捷，離幾座百萬人口大城市和有關(guān)機場僅需四、五十分鐘車程。我想，在這樣一個充滿文化藝術(shù)氣息的“私家式書院賓舍”酒店中您一定會找到生命靈魂的安放之所，在酒店旅游發(fā)展新業(yè)態(tài)中也將會是一朵奇葩。
 
時下，當(dāng)文化藝術(shù)遇上酒店旅游時，這種“遇上”或“牽手”將會是盛世中華文化與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中極具生命力的一種趨勢和可操作性很強的落地項目。      
Another Tomb-sweeping Day has befallen this year, I spared some time and went back to my hometown for this special day, trying to get all those distracting thoughts off my mind. The marvelous Poyang Plain is a whole manifestation of towering hills and murmuring streams, it used to be a delight and it always is. A stream of nostalgia rushed up and kept haunting me along the way.
 
I was invited to the 2015 CCREA event held the other day and stayed an extra day there, expecting speeches of Zhang Baoquan from Antaeus Group and Li Yapeng from Zhongshu Holdings. I wanted to know the strategic methods of developing hotel tourism projects from design, culture and art because I have longed to do something in this filed.
 
In Zhang Baoquan’s speech, he briefly manifested the uniqueness in culture and art in designing the “Mangrove Tree Resort” and the distinctive management strategies. He has undoubtedly made great achievements so far.
 
Li Yapeng, a big name in the entertainment world, has hit the paydirt and bought a small land with a trifling sum of money. He has started out, in the name of an idealist, a cross-border combination of spirits and business architectures for a global culture & art experience. He’s quite an resourceful and laborious organizer, he has put forward the conception “COART Village” which has continuously been stirring in the investment and cooperation field. Will it be a huge success and turn the table, I’d sit back and see what’s to come.
 
I had conversation today with Meng Bin, Executive Chairman of World Hotel Designing Center,about designs of culture &art featured hotels, I told him when I was little, I had a special recipe of grains from my country fellows for meals,my country fellows thus would contribute a few mus (1 mu=1/15 acre) of lands to building a yard for me so that I may spend my leisure time on compositions and calligraphy. I expressed my idea to him about turning that land into an academy or a guesthouse with delicate design, culture and art. In such a quaint and rustic countryside, an integration of modern and traditional living styles is accessible for tourists from across the globe, tourists may tour around in Poyang Lake Wetland Park, World’s Porcelain Capital—Jingdezhen, China’s Most Beautiful Countryside—Wuyuan, ancient Raozhou City and relics of Emperor Zhu’s Night Battle in Tanxi Creek in just an hour and it only will take two hours for sightseeing around Kuanglu Jixiu, grand Yellow Mountain, magnificent Mount Sanqing, legendary Mount Longhu and so on. Tourists may read under the lamp lights in the night and hike into the mountains in the day, when resting in the guesthouse, they may also enjoy the fishermen’s returning songs and take heed to the wild geese.
 
The yard doesn’t necessarily have to be large enough, a few guestrooms will suffice. As to the inner designs, it can be distinctive or modest luxury. It’s a small village with crisscross paths, natural landscapes and convenient traffic and is just a 40-minute drive from the airport and the bustling city center. I’m sure people will finally have a utopia to calm down. It will be a new trend in the hotel tourism development.
 
As for now, when culture & art meets tourism, they will definitely sparkle a promising trend in great China’s cultural and economic development and most importantly, it will be highly operable.
