2010年12月20日，希爾頓酒店集團(tuán)宣布杰羅姆•盧西亞尼為比利亞埃爾莫薩希爾頓會(huì)議中心酒店總經(jīng)理并監(jiān)督該酒店的資產(chǎn)運(yùn)作。直接上司為加勒比海、墨西哥及拉丁美洲區(qū)域高級(jí)副總裁——丹尼•休斯。
       杰羅姆•盧西亞尼在2004年進(jìn)入希爾頓酒店集團(tuán)，擔(dān)任坎昆希爾頓高爾夫度假村餐飲部總監(jiān)。他在該行業(yè)已工作二十多年之久，他的職業(yè)生涯是從法國保爾克萊勒一家歷史悠久的酒店開始的，當(dāng)時(shí)任職服務(wù)培訓(xùn)師。之后他還在全歐洲許多酒店工作，獲得了許多寶貴的資產(chǎn)運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和餐飲業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他也曾任職于某酒店餐廳設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的酒店部經(jīng)理。
       盧西亞尼擁有瑞士洛桑酒店管理學(xué)院的酒店管理學(xué)位和國際貿(mào)易學(xué)位。他還精通法語、英語、西班牙語和德語。
 

       Hilton Worldwide today announced the appointment of Jerome Luciani as general manager of the 220-room Hilton Villahermosa & Conference Center.  Jerome Luciani will report to Danny Hughes, senior vice president, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, and will oversee property operations at this conference center hotel in Villahermosa.
       Luciani joined Hilton Worldwide in 2004 to fill his most recent role as director of food and beverage, Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort. With more than 20 years in the industry, Luciani began his career in service training at a historic hotel in Porquerolles, France.  Since then, he gained valuable operations and food and beverage experience at a number of hotels throughout Europe.
       Luciani holds a degree in hotel management from The Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland as well as a degree in international trade.  He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and German.
