1984年，年僅20歲的俞斌初入賓館廚房設(shè)備行當(dāng)，承擔(dān)銷售工作；1989年，在老家江蘇南通，俞斌辭去原本的工作，正式“下海”，創(chuàng)辦了衛(wèi)星賓館設(shè)備制造有限公司。自此，一顆酒店設(shè)備制造的“新星”正式崛起，夢(mèng)想之路開始啟程；1992年8月，俞斌決定調(diào)整公司經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，確定了“立足上海、面向全國(guó)、走向世界”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，組建成立了上海衛(wèi)星賓館成套設(shè)備公司。在發(fā)展公司的同時(shí)，俞斌積極投身于社會(huì)公益事業(yè)。

        In 1984, 20-year-old young Yu Bin first entered the hotel kitchen equipment business as salesman; in 1989, Yu Bin resigned from the work in his hometown of Nantong, Jiangsu, and established Weixing Hotel Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Since then, a "New Star" in hotel equipment manufacturing industry officially rised, and the dreaming journey started; in August 1992, Yu Bin decided to adjust the company's business development objectives, so he defined the development strategy as "based in Shanghai, facing the country, to the world", and founded Shanghai Weixing Hotel Equipment Co., Ltd. Along with the development of the company, Yu Bin actively engaged in public welfare.
