明宇集團在此次戰略發布會上，隆重推出全新產品系列：LIA！（麗雅）——由酒店業態升級而來的劃時代旅行住宿產品，以及SHARETABLE——由寫字樓業態升級而來的“共享工作站”。
LIA！（麗雅）旅行住宿產品是一個基于新興酒店業態的O2O社區，她旨在為志趣相投的創客群體，打造自由交流的多維社區以及自在休憩的私人空間，讓他們在沒有邊界、友好以及富有未來感的環境中盡享生命活力。該全新產品系列旗 下的項目，預計將于2016年在中國大陸的成都、北京等主要城市開業，并計劃進駐泰國、法國、英國、美國等國家的中心城市。
而SHARETABLE（共享工作站）則與SOHO中國推出的SOHO3Q一同被譽為中國版WeWork，作為互聯網共享經濟模式中的領先業態，通過互聯網工具為小規模企業以及創業團隊，提供兼具品質與經濟性的分時型計費辦公空間及小型會議空間。而在LIA！（麗雅）中，也將把傳統酒店里的商務中心設施及沙龍會議室設施改變成為SHARETABLE（共享工作站）。SHARETABLE（共享工作站）將于今年，率先在成都市場投入上線，并在其后布局其他城市。
Minyoun Hits Industry Headline with Innovative Hotels and Business Upgrades
Chengdu Minyoun Group launches on April 17th, 2015 a strategic conference with the theme of ‘Hug Every Me’ , introducing the unprecedented product line: LIA! (an epochal accommodation product that is inspired by hotel upgrades) and SHARETABLE (a shared workstation that is inspired by office premises upgrades).
LIA! accommodation series creates an O2O community on the basis of the burgeoning hotel business and commits itself to establishing a relaxing and refreshing vibe where the individuals may feel friendliness and vitality. It’s expected to come onto the market in mainland China in 2016.
Nevertheless, SHARETABLE, together with SOHO3Q, has been claimed as the Chinese WeWork, it is also deemed as the pioneering business in the Internet sharing economy model. LIA! has now planning to convert the business center and salon conference rooms in traditional hotels into SHARETABLES and SHARETABLE will meet the market this year first in Chengdu.
